Be formed as a holy vessel filled with the covenant love of the Trinity — for consciousness must precede energy, faith must be explained before kingdom authority is released, and no minister can give what they have not first received (Rom 5:5; 2 Tim 2:21; 1 John 4:19).

• Consciousness Before Energy — The labour of the kingdom begins with the formation of consciousness, not the release of power. Faith is logical: it must be understood, inhabited, and anchored in the hesed of God before kingdom authority is bestowed (Prov 4:7; Heb 11:1; 1 John 4:16).
• Formed in the Love of Abba — The Moses Pattern — The OT prophetic pattern of formation is that of Moses: water baptisms in the wilderness — under the cloud and in the sea — followed by the fire baptisms of the prophetic spirit, with the evidence of prophesyings; for the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of prophecy (1 Cor 10:1–4; Rev 19:10).
• Faithful in Little — Begin in the local fellowship; steward those near to hand with integrity and love. The one who governs their own household, their own spirit, and their own tongue is the one being prepared for multitudes (Luke 16:10; Matt 25:21; 1 Tim 3:4–5).

Receive the Pentecostal baptism of the Ruach HaKodesh in the New Covenantal apostolic model of the Twelve and of Paul — ascending from the prophetic wilderness pattern to the full apostolic commissioning of the Spirit, with its twofold evidence (Isa 28:11–12; Acts 2:1–4; Eph 4:11–13; Acts 13:1–4).

• The Pentecostal Outpouring & The First Evidence: Tongues — The NT apostolic model of the Twelve and of Paul: the Pentecostal outpourings as prophesied by Isaiah, with the first evidence of speaking in tongues — a sign to the Gentiles and to creation of the reconciliation of all tongues under the dominion of the Lamb (Isa 28:11–12; Acts 2:4; 1 Cor 14:21–22; Rev 5:9; Dan 7:13–14).
• The Second Evidence: Travail, Stenagmos, and Stenazo — The Pauline formula of travail, stenagmos, and stenazo is the second and deeper evidence of Pentecostal formation — the inexpressible groanings of the Spirit by which the living soul is conformed to the image of the Son until Christ the Life-giving Spirit is formed within for the full expression of the powers of the age to come (Rom 8:22–26; Gal 4:19; 2 Cor 3:18; 1 Cor 15:45).
• Fivefold Stewardship & Trans-Local Readiness — Serve faithfully in the offices of prophet, teacher, evangelist, and pastor before apostolic commissioning. Apostolic grace cannot be anchored to a single location or denomination (Eph 4:12–13; Acts 13:1–4; Rom 15:20).

Exercise the original creation mandate — the Supernatural Imperialism of perfect love — from the renewal of individual consciousness through to genetics, bloodstreams, and ancestry; through epigenetics in families and bloodlines; toward the subjugation of the socio-political structures of the earth under the dominion of Christ (Gen 1:28; Deut 8:18; Ps 8:6; Col 3:23–24).

• From Individuals to Bloodstreams — The upgrade of the human condition proceeds through consciousness first and energy second: from the renewal of the individual, through the rewriting of genetics and bloodstreams in ancestry and progeny, through epigenetic transformation in families and bloodlines, through tribes and nations, and into both ancient and contemporary cultural and socio-political constructs (Ps 103:17–18; Deut 7:9; Rom 1:16; Acts 17:26–27).
• Stewardship of the Earth’s Fundamentals — Land, food, water, energy, and commerce are not secular concerns but creational responsibilities. Kingdom ministers engage these domains as expressions of covenant stewardship (Deut 8:18; Prov 13:22; Col 3:23–24).
• Counsel to Authorities — Apostolic wisdom is to be brought to bear upon the decisions of governments, corporations, and institutions — as Joseph counselled Pharaoh, as Daniel served Babylon (Prov 11:14; Dan 1:17–20; Jer 29:7).

Shape the consciousness, inheritance, and governance of peoples and territories through the gospel of perfect love — the Doctrine of Supernatural Imperialism — for hesed is ontological: it operates in epigenetics, in bloodlines, in the cultural matrices of tribes and nations (Deut 7:9; Acts 17:26–27; Rom 5:5; 2 Cor 10:4–5).

• The Gospel According to the Strong in Perfect Love — The doctrine is the doctrine of Supernatural Imperialism by perfect love: hesed as the operative force of kingdom conquest; the gospel not of the weak but of the strong — those formed in the consciousness of unconditional covenant love who therefore carry the authority and the capacity to transform (Rom 5:5; 1 Cor 4:20; 1 John 4:17–18; 2 Cor 10:4–5).
• Apostolic Discipleship & Generational Inheritance — Implement discipleship through sound instruction, mentorship, and formative practices grounded in Scripture. The goal is communities shaped by the mind of Christ — not merely converted individuals but redeemed cultures, families, and territories (1 Cor 2:16; Isa 54:13; Deut 6:6–7).
• Demonstrable Kingdom Fruit — The proof of apostolic ministry is observable transformation: healed families, reconciled communities, just governance, and territories marked by the love and righteousness of God (Matt 7:16–20; 1 Cor 4:20; Isa 61:1–4).

Anchor all ministry in the eternal purposes of God — the perfection and glorification of ontology, the cosmic inheritance of Christ, and the regeneration of creation through super-travail, travail, groaning, and fasting; for Beulah — the bridal economy — is superior to apostolicity, will outlast the ecclesiastical age, and incorporates the ultimate telos of the union of God and Man (Isa 62:4; Heb 1:2; Col 1:15–20; Rom 8:19–23; Rev 11:15; Rev 21:1–2).

• The Perfection and Glorification of Ontology — The apex of all apostolic labour is first the redemption of humankind from the bond of iniquity, then the perfection of personhood — the full stature, the measure of Christ — and finally the ultimate glorification of ontology: the full new-creation nature of the sons of God fully expressed (Col 1:28; Eph 4:13; 1 John 3:2; 2 Cor 3:18).
• The Regeneration of Creation by Super-Travail — The redemption of creation from the bondage of corruption proceeds by the Pauline formula of travail, stenagmos, and stenazo. Super-travail, travail, groaning, and fasting are the primary instruments by which the new creation presses outward into the old (Rom 8:19–23; Isa 65:17; 2 Pet 3:13; Rev 21:5).
• Beulah — Superior to Apostolicity, Incorporating the Nuptial Telos — Beulah (בּעולה; Isa 62:4, “married”) incorporates the nuptial prophetic pointer of the marriage of the Lamb. Apostolic ministry is superior to intercessory priesthood; but Beulah — the bridegroom economy — is superior to apostolicity, for it will outlast the ecclesiastical age. The cosmos under Christ is the inheritance. The marriage is the telos. And love — the same hesed with which all formation began — is the eternal principle of the kingdom that has no end (Rev 19:7–9; Rev 21:1–5; 1 Cor 15:24–28; Eph 1:10).
